Suzie shows up wearing the exact same outfit as Moze and both have their hair curled. Vanessa waits outside for Cookie while he's inside with Lisa. Every room is decorated like a different country. Ned, Suzie, Moze, and Jock first stop in China for food. The girls are left alone to talk and Suzie says the double date is pretty fun. Moze says Ned might try to kiss her again, but Suzie says she might let him this time.
Cookie says he'll get them some food and leaves Lisa behind to go meet Vanessa and takes her to the Paris classroom. Suzie says they should hit the Brazil classroom for some music and dancing. Ned has diarrhea and runs for the bathroom. He mistakenly runs into the girls' room, but heads for the boys' room. Cookie says he needs a jacket and leaves Vanessa to meet back up with Lisa.
Cookie quickly grabs some food for Lisa, but leaves again saying he forgot the soy sauce. When he returns to Paris to find Vanessa, he doesn't have a jacket with him. Cookie starts getting tired of having to run back and forth between both girls. In Brazil, Moze notices Ned has been gone a long time. Jock jokingly tells her to watch it, or he'll start to think she's using him to make Ned jealous.
Ned summons Moze to a plant he's hiding in and tells her he has a problem. Moze says she warned him not to eat spicy food. She tells him to cross his legs, don't get nervous about anything, and that Suzie wants him to kiss her tonight. Suzie tries to kiss Ned, but he gets diarrhea again and runs back to the bathroom. Cookie tells Lisa they should meet up in Brazil if they get separated.
He runs off to find Vanessa, who wants to go dancing in Brazil. Jock approaches Suzie from behind, mistaking her for Moze. Jock can't find Moze and Suzie can't find Ned. Jock asks if it's weird that Ned and Moze were voted Class Couple, and Suzie says it was an accident and they're just good friends. Cookei and Vanessa walk into Brazil, but Cookie sees Lisa waiting for him. He deliberately spills punch on his shirt and runs off to clean himself up.
Vice Principal Harvey Crubbs[ edit ] Vice Principal Harvey Crubbs Hamilton Mitchell is the vice principal, an exaggerated spoof of Miami Vice the name "Crubbs" being an amalgam of the two main Miami Vice characters, "Crockett" and "Tubbs". Crubbs is always keeping an eye on Ned. He is obsessed with flamingos, mini powdered donuts, and sunglasses. He states to Ned in "Career Day" that he didn't want to be a vice-principal as a teenager, but actually wanted to be a vice-cop in Miami.
He took the job as vice-principal as a way to help the kids at school stop themselves from getting to bad places and because it still has vice in the title. He is one of the show's main antagonists. He has two catchphrases. One is "Crubbs out! He is also known to tell people "You're fired! In one episode, when vying for the position of principal, he tricks all the people looking to interview for the position and locks them in a room, until Principal Pal knocks him out and puts him in the trap room.
Principal Wright becomes principal. In "Lost and Found," he is discovered to steal things from the lost and found and put them in a special room to keep. He is also known to tell people that he will be watching them "like this," followed by putting his sunglasses on. Xavier[ edit ] Dr. Xavier Lusia Strus is the 8th grade math teacher. She is a self-proclaimed "super-genius" who tends to be quite strict and almost maniacal. She is always seen wearing a drab gray smock, and at one point requires all her students to dress the same way.
Her students, including Cookie, seem to fear her in the "Math" episode due to her overly harsh attitude, but when Cookie suggests that math class should be more fun, she changes her rigorous ways and becomes friendlier to her students. She has a Russian accent and loves romance novels. She has a crush on Gordy, who she refers to as "handsome cleaning man," and is shown to want to date him. In one episode, she was revealed to have won bronze medals in Greco-Roman Wrestling and Luge, and is shown on a cereal box with a hammer and sickle on it.
Ned tries to brighten up the most negative kid at Polk; Moze tries to make sparks fly when she kisses Faymen, but she can't feel anything; Cookie becomes victim to Loomer's new knowledge of static electricity. Ned goes to Seth's party with Missy and tries to ditch her when Suzie unexpectedly shows up; Moze tries to kiss Ned to determine if she'll see sparks; Cookie is not invited, so he sneaks in as the girl named Simone. Ned and Moze pretend to date to free Ned from Missy's jealous rage; Seth, Faymen and Loomer fight over Moze; Cookie attempts to make Lisa Zemo jealous by pretending to go out with another girl, but instead, it makes Evelyn Kwong jealous.
Ned tries to confess to Moze that he likes her; Moze must decide between Ned and Faymen, while Faymen has a decide whether or not to go back to Brazil ; Cookie eliminates all of Lisa Zemo's other admirers so that he can spend time with her; in a surprise ending reveal, Suzie has moved back to Polk. Ned tries to spend time with Suzie while avoiding Crubbs; Moze tries to see the wild boy, and Loomer tries to spend time with her. Cookie becomes "the Steel Eagle" to impress Lisa Zemo.
Eventually, all three are chased by Crubbs, museum security guards, and samurai actors. Ned then becomes the museum's titular Wild Boy and must choose between Suzie and Moze. He chooses Moze, they kiss, and become boyfriend and girlfriend, while Suzie decides to date Loomer again. Cookie learns of a plan to steal the museum's Wild Boy painting, so the trio gain the attention of the security guards and catch the thieves.
